Tasting notes:
Semi intense pink with beautiful violet sprinklings. Very fine and persistent perlage. In the nose fresh strawberry and raspberry flavors but no hints of jam. Ripe. On the palate, very harmonious and well balanced with fantastic, very elegant and persistent perlage. Noticeable acid which keeps the red fruit flavors well balanced.. Good body. Medium, fruity finish.

Fits wonderfully as an appetizer, with rice and pasta.
