Tasting notes:
Cherry red with garnet reflections. In the nose, warm and spicy with noticeable and varietal aromas. Noticeable notes of pepper before the red fruity and plummy background, clove and cinnamon. Very soft wood tones. On the palate, ripe, meaty and voluminous. Surprisingly mild tannins that give the wine unfamiliar round impressions for a Cabernet. Alcohol and acid are working together well.

12-14º C

Enjoy with casseroles, red meat, stews and ripe cheese.
